Refund policy
If for any reason you are not pleased with your candle, you can return it for a refund or exchange. The candle cannot have been burned more than a short time, or tampered with, and any requests for refund/exchange must be within 2 weeks of the original purchase date. You are solely responsible for return shipping of the product (tracking recommended).
Please email esseluxcandles@gmail.com in order to begin the return/exchange process. Once the product is received, allow 7 days to inspect and approve the refund/exchange.
